Gyhirych Grind 2.9miles with 1017ft of climb almost all of that in the first half mile.
Sunday 16th Nov at 1400hrs.
From layby on A4067 between Ystradgynlais and Sennybridge GR SN872197 below Fan Gyhirych.
NOT suitable for novices.
Must have good navigational skills
Over remote rough and steep terrain.
Course unmarked.
Kit as required.

Great little race of 3 miles
11 runners turned out on a damp day with about 10m visibility on the summit.
One had to hang on to the coat tails of the runner in front for fear of getting lost ( with the hope he wasn't lost ).
Finding the second CP was a bit of fun and I do believe not everyone did !
But all got back safely within a reasonable time
All for £2 now THATS value for money.
PS I came 7th
