Usual offer to all to start at 9.30 from the cafe at the handicap start on Sunday - a few races on as usual for some of the gang - e.g. Ironman Wales (all day affair!) and Vyrnwy, so look forward to hearing the results of those. I'm intending to do an extra 3 or 4 miles from the same place at 9.00 if anyone is interested.

I'm planning on 14 miles for tomorrow, so I'll be there for 9.30 (9 am is way too enthusiastic for me).

Yes great turnout of usual and new runners today - must have been about 15 of us. Also less exhausted faces at the end than when we started this run a couple of months ago. Well done everyone!
