The track at Leckwith is still closed this week - opens next Tuesday. So if we meet at the Club for 6.45pm and then we can go over into Pontcanna Fields.

Really enjoyed tonight's session. It was a nice change from the track.I ran a lot quicker trying to keep up with Alan than I did on my own in training. Many thanks for putting this on Phil.

Yes thanks very much Phil for organising the session especially since you had to stand around for so long. Old people have trouble with those speed bumps so I am looking forward to going back to track torture
