Friday 1st August is the Final event of this years Summer Series - 4 miles, I need help with Marshals and recording at the Finish. The race starts at 7.30pm by the Stables in Pontcanna Fields, if you can help could you please let me know.
Also, next Wednesday 6th August we are hosting the Summer Sizzler 5k + BBQ, this is also the next in the South Wales Running League fixtures. Again I will need help with Marshals, Finisg Line, First Aid cover and also Registration. Registration will be in the Rugby Club from 6pm and the Race starts at 7.30pm using the parkrun course. Once again Nick is kindly doing the BBQ at the Club, the Presentation will take place here also.
