Make sure you're logged in (and not viewing as a guest). I've changed your status (Dave and Yvonne) to member just in case it was that. Try it out now.

I've added access for everyone that's registered recently (apart from those I can't verify membership for), post here if you still can't get access.

There appears to be a technical issue that prevents people accessing the members only area of the forum over the mobile phone network. I tried this myself on my own phone without success. I tried using the rugby clubs free wi-fi on my phone & successfully got access to the members only area on the forum.

Phill, are you using a mobile phone or PC?

I've added you now Phil.

There's no technical issue to prevent access to the member's area from a mobile.

If you can't access from a mobile but can from a PC, it'll be because you're not signed in with username/password on the mobile.

Hi Ed, tried signing in using username/password more than once on mobile down the club, & so did Steve L, without success. However, just tried it again at home & no problem. Not sure what is happening here. Didn't think my typing was incorrect. Maybe the mobile network? Steve can't get on using PC at home either. I'll get him to erase his internet history & see if that makes any difference. We'll try the mobiles again too.

For some reason I can't access the members only section and when I request a new password a message that says my user name is not recognised appears. Can someone please sort this out for me. Thanks. Claire Beatty

I've got same issue as Claire both respect to access to the members only section and also with respect to requesting a new password. Message says "user name is not recognised" appears. I've tried various variants of capitalisation on my address(Do capitals make a difference?.

If you've forgotten your password enter email address (not username) in the password retrieval box. Check spam if you don't get the email.
