Starting this Wednesday in a series, two runners Richard Harrington and Mark lewis Jones prepare for the MDS,which in fridays episode are shown doing the Barry 40 and on Merthyr Mawr sand dunes.

Thank you, Terry. Now members have another opportunity to see for themselves the magnificent stadium that is Jenner park, as well as reminding themselves that this current spell of lovely weather started on 9th March.

Thanks, Terry. It was a first for Barry in March - tune in to see the sun shining, and it was actually quite warm. Might see the 'scuffle' if we're lucky, if it was filmed that is!
