Hi All As a tribute to Alan Bladen could we please have as many members as possible taking part in this Saturday's Cardiff parkrun, could I also ask that you wear your Red and Green Club vest {PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE BLACK & RED VEST}? We have done this on a few previous occasions and had a very good response. Alan was not only a great Club Man and supported of Les Croups, but he was also a big supporter of parkrun and had volunteered on 201 occasions. I appreciate that many of you will be competing in the Caerphilly 10k the following day, but if you could come along and just have a nice easy jog around that would be very much appreciated. Theres about 9 Croups up in Coed y Brenin trail marathon and half in North Wales this weekend going up Friday, we'll mark Allan's passing with a minutes silence.
