Cracking good race. We had a team of 6 men out thankfully, but only 2 women! Where were you all? Luckily one of those was the talented Susan Watson, who was 3rd lady and won female vet prize. Matt crossed the line in 3rd place and took male vet prize. Then Phil, who was given the 3rd. Brian Dias, Howard Owen, Jeff Aston and Paul Chapman were the other male runners. I had a go too, tried to keep Jeff in my sights - no chance!

Good course - testing - undulating, but with a wonderful kids playground in the park, perfect for keeping any little ones entertained whilst the race is in progress.

This race counted towards the South Wales League. Much better weather than Cardiff too!
