Don't panic, but it seems there is a problem with the Castles Relay Web site, or rather the URL we use to access it.. www.lescroupierswcr.orgS*d's law of course, and we're looking into, but I've found a 'workaround' - the site can it seems be accessed via the following link http://wcr.squarespace.com/You'll need to update your Bookmark/Favourites settings for this work The show, as ever, must and will go on! Here is a reminder of all that essential last minute reading on the (totally reliable) WCR website... The WCR Reference Book (we'll be testing you..) The WCR Race 'Postergramme' (hot off the press) The WCR Stage Maps (for those fit/talented/'lucky' enough to actually get a run!) Mike Davies' Travel Updates (plus the BBC Travel and Twitter links on the WCR site)

Well done everyone on getting the results out so quickly. However, I think there is some issues with the classifications as some of the womens teams are listed as vets teams.

Great results this weekend! Congratulations to the Vets team on a great win, with solid second places by the Open Team and the Ladies! Congratulations to Salford Harriers AC, who ran a tremendous race and thoroughly deserved to win! Everyone did their bit and it was fairly close in the end for the Open Team. If everyone raises their game a bit for next year, who knows! Bring on 2015!

Claire - the results still 'Provisional' whilst any questions/corrections/issues raised (inevitable maybe bearing in mind the complexity of the race and work involved in processing 20 sets of results whilst 'on the road') are formally fed back to the Race Director, John and Jeff by Team Captains?

Particularly pleased to see that the overall winning team, Salford, was mixed - 1 female with 19 males. Is that the first time a mixed open team has won outright?

Surely the Wirral AC lady who won stage 9 by 1 minute 20 and was less than a minute off the course record should be a contender for run of the weekend! Im sure she would grace any Open Team!
