A huge thanks to all the competitors and the army of volunteers who turned up at the Centre of the Universe, Jenner Park on Thursday night.
I'm not sure sure but it was a large(if not record) turnout by local athletes (Pembrokeshire, Brecon, Deeside, Gwent....)and competitors from across the water (Severn). Good also to see several young athletes(including Brian Dias) taking part.
Conditions initially were favourable but several downpours (unheard of in Barry) put paid to quick times or PB, though Brian once again, proved the exception.
The results of our labours will follow asap.
