All,
Just for your information - Parking maybe busy at the running club on Sunday morning.
I had a text from my sons rugby team today - it says that there is a kids Rugby event at Uwic Llandaf starting around 10am.
I don't know if they are playing in llandaf fields e.g. by the Cathedral or across the road.
I'll probably try and arrive early and look at how chaotic the parking is by the club.

Count me in please Phil. I'm planning to use it as part of my long run since there's no pressure to record a time. Too young for the Veterans and too s*** for the Seniors. :-)

Yep james, spot on there is a u10s rugby tournament at the club from 10am, allday! On the upside the club should be open after for a beer, burgers, chips and all that kinda stuff.

Apologies, did not pay my £1 entry fee as well has my club subscriptions, will hand over all payments at PR this Saturday 10th May.

Some excellent performances - well done Andrew Blaire 62 mins or maybe just under 62, excellent run and a strong finish with probably a negative split too.. I couldn't stick with you the last mile...

Can I say well done to Al Jones on a fantastic run! Even though I caught up with you near the finish I knew it was all over at that point. Well run Martin, you were another I wanted to beat but I didn't have it in me again today. James don't worry about the 12 seconds just go and buy it anyway you deserve it mate! See you at the track. Thank-you to all of the marshals and organisers for yet another great event!

But, have to earn it.. have to get sub 18 5K , or sub 5:25 (In my dreams!) in the mile, sub 37:30 in the 10k, to earn it now..
(FYI: I said If I ran sub 62 I would treat myself to a Garmin upgrade).
