Cheers Simon. I intend to pitch up for Pentyrch to see if it's for me.

Well, if my legs are working again after Sunday!

Glad someone is in the same physical state I am, & it's now Thursday!

Ditto Pentyrch...

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!

Howard,

Its thursday and I'm nearly recovered.. club 10 tonight..

Glochester is a place in the US, here is wishing I ran a 20 miler in that town. Rather than In Gloucheseter.

Oh well.

I must say we did a good job in offas orror in having matching watches to our running tops. Good colour coordination.

Just as well I didn't run in 'Gloucester' as I've been feeling heavy legged all week after racing just 7 miles, albeit an off roader.
Only run Pentyrch once in 2010,but it's not a race you ever forgot I don't think. Considering giving it another go this year though.

Great day of racing at the Sugarloaf yesterday - thoroughly recommend its inclusion in the off road championship next year, based upon price £4, free bottle of Sugarloaf beer for the early finishers (organiser was surprised with the number of entries - 137 and has promised more beer next year!!), safe runnable trails (no worse than Offas Orror or the Kymin) and great views and Les Croups company. The best bit is the three mile descent from the top!!
