I did the Radyr event last month. A lot of fun and a good speed session. I commend it to the house! I'll be there.

Keen to do this, but have done something stupid to my hip ('fitness test' tomorrow..) - oh, and I can't quite work out where the registration is Web site says "Northumberland Ave / Lansdowne Rd intersection, Canton, Cardiff. GR: ST161763 Postcode: CF5 1ND (No 55)" But the grid ref and postcode don't tally And there is no 'Northumberland Avenue' in Canton according to Gmaps (Northumberland Street?) Probably me - navigation was never my strong point...

Well spotted ! Typo on details yes should be Nothumberland Street Canton, just look for strange people with head torches on the corner by the junction of N humberland St and Lansdowne Rd at about 6.45

There is also an event on Sat 19th Jan at Parc Cwm Darren with free coaching if anyone is interested.
