Hi All
This Saturday 15th February is our 6th Anniversary at Cardiff parkrun. Who would have imagined back on the 16th February 2008 when we had 56 runners that we would have grown to the numbers we now see every week. Please come along and join us as we mark the occasion.

Over the past 6 years not only has the volume of runners increased, but the volunteers who come out each Saturday to make it happen. Praise has to go to them especially - many dedicated hours, in often poor weather conditions. Over the past couple of years the team has really grown and diversified. You can't lose with parkrun - whether volunteer or runner, there's so much to gain from it.
