The Welsh Masters League has drawn a blank so far but maybe, just maybe this event will go ahead.

Sadly this meeting does not have a 1500m for the Short Course Championship but the 3000m on the track is about my limit before I get too giddy.

The star attraction is, of course, the 4 x 100m club sprint relay.

Challenge our sprint star, Mel James.

ONLY ATHLETES OVER 35, WHO ARE REGISTERED WITH UKA MAY ENTER THIS COMPETITION.

Please enter your first claim club code.

Events: 200m, 800m, 3000m, 4x100 Relay, PV, TJ, DT, HT

Entry Fees: £5 for any number of events. However, to allow seeding please specify the events in which you wish to compete. You will only be allowed to compete in those events which you have entered. The exception is for the relay, for which teams enter on the night. Other than this there will be no entries on the night.

We've got 10 LC entries so far - 2 and a half relay teams.....

The 3000m will be a good preparation for the Inter Area on the 31st July.

I hope this event goes ahead.
