Monday club sessions - update from 27th September 2021

From this Monday (27th September) we will be switching our Monday club sessions from speed work in Pontcanna fields to hills over at Roath Park. We meet at Wild Gardens Road at the top of Roath Park Lake. You still need to book on using the Eventbrite links, and we ask runners to arrive by 6.25pm, allowing us to check everyone in to set of at 6.30pm. I've attached a copy of the schedule we will be following, you can also find this on the club website. The nights are drawing in now, so do please bear this in mind and wear clothing that makes you visible to drivers - bright/light clothing is good, reflective clothing is best, and if you have them, lights are also good.
