Even if it is not your regular viewing you may want to watch the One Show on Friday 1st October.
Recording for a short feature film about the London Marathon Ever Presents took place a couple of weeks ago and the film should be broadcast that evening.

Finally I wish all those taking part in the London Marathon on 3rd October and its virtual equivalent all the best and run well.
