Kels Memorial CPR Helpers Needed
Ladies and gents, we need help BH weekend across all the CPR events. Here are the dates and times:
Saturday 28th August:
9am Parkrun (Pontcanna Fields): All good, parkrun volunteers.
12:30: 10km (Pontcanna Fields):
16:30: 4.5km (Llandaff Fields)
Sunday 29th August:
9am: Half Marathon (Pontcanna Fields, heading up the Taff Trail)
14:00: 1 mile (Blackweir Ambulance Station)
If you can help for any of these please let me know via reply or direct message.

Hi Marcus,
I'm think I'm already down to help with the Parkrun on Saturday morning, so please put my name down for the Saturday off-road (16.30) and the Sunday half (9am) also.
