LCRC Short Course Champioships: Race 17kmThis weekend we were going to run an Eikden Relay format but this doesn't really work with virtual races so we are going to save that until August when we can hopefully run it as an actual race. Therefore, this weekends opening Short Course Champs race is going to be an individual 7km race.This is a road race that can be an out and back or loops. Please make sure the Start and Finish are within a short distance of each other and make the course you run either flat or slightly uphill. No downhill courses here thanks. Remember, current WG rules are that 6 people, from 2 households can excercise together at the moment so please bear that in mind if you run with anyone else. Your results should be emailed to lcrcrunevents@gmail.com no later than 23:59 on Sunday 18th April
