Rules
Use a 400m Track
Local safety and social distancing rules should be adhered to all athletes and visitors
Times should be based on “time elapsed”
The organiser may implement a time penalty or disqualification on activities with significant rule deviation
National Team scoring format
Fastest 3 athletes per country, per age category
Best 12 age-graded athletes (all ages and genders)
