NB. In case anyone wants to google more about Nic and his friends, the name of the associated disease has been mispelled in the above story
It is actually 'Lyme' and not like the 'Lime' fruit.
This name follows the original identification of the clinical disease in the area surrounding Lyme, Connecticut in 1976.
Of course, Nic and his mates had been well-fed for several millenia prior to this.
Professionally speaking, I prefer the term Borreliosis after the causative organism Borrelia burgdorferi
