This event is taking place on the 23rd February in Lee Valley ( http://welshmastersathle...ndoor-inter-area-update/ ) If you think that you can make the standards (http://welshmastersathletics.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/Standards.pdf ) and are looking for a new challenge then this may be for you! Please let Roger Garland the ladies team manager know if you are available(http://welshmastersathletics.co.uk/inter-area-indoor-competition-team-manager/ ) You need to be a paid up member of Welsh Masters to compete. We only have 8 ladies going at the moment and ideally need more runners so if you are available sign up. Not sure how the men's team is looking or who is organising them sorry or if they are looking for runners, but if you check out the website there may be more information.
