Joined the TeamThie workouts on UTube/YouTube last night. Interesting experience to be part of a live, online, circuit session. A change from the current, isolation, self motivation modes.
I'm sure that many club members are restructuring their training sessions..... gardening, jigsaws, reading, crosswords, ....patio shuttle runs..., stair climbs ("Bannister mile")....
What are you up to?

Stuart can't get to go out with his guiders at th moment, so has come up with an ingenious solution..
He's doing "virtual park runs" with him on a home treadmill, and the guider "running alongside him" doing the actual park run, and talking him around the route as we go.
Had great fun doing the Cardiff park run this morning😊 low numbers (1), lovely sun, and great to have Stuarts"company" on the run.
....he did beat me though by a good 50metres so I am going to have to work on my speed before the next outing😊
