We are looking to gather names for the Welsh Cross Country Championships at Pembrey on 22nd Feb. If we can get full teams out across the age groups we have a real chance of medals! The race is also part of the Club XC Champs as well so there is no excuse not to turn up just because it isn't a Gwent League! The Club will pay your entry to the champs so all you have to do is to turn up and run! Please reply before Friday 7th February to allow the club to enter you. Sorry for the late reply. I have been ill over the last 2 weeks so left it late before deciding to run in the Welsh Champs.

Dave James and Rich Baker now added so we are all set. 30 male and 26 female runners. That's not a bad turnout at all. Cheers everyone who has decided to run for the club and individually.
