I'm hoping to be there again this week - have even saved my legs for it by giving my legs an extra day of recovery after cross country on Saturday!

Well done everyone on a tough session in horrendous conditions.
The only positive is that I doubt if anyone would have done this session on their own!

Didn’t make it last night was almost there, but I’ve been out tonight Wednesday straight after work and did 5 x 1k’s lot harder on your own! Edited by user 13 February 2020 15:17:09(UTC)
