Happy New Year to all our endurance runners.
Many people are now thinking about their preparation for endurance events ahead.
Logging the miles is so important, yet so much easier in company.
Many of us will now be thinking about that tough climb up to the Black Cock, and beyond. Not everyone, of course. The choice is yours.

Looks like cool and overcast conditions tomorrow = Perfect for racking up some training miles!
I can't promise I'll be perfect company but will do my best regardless!
