Entries are now open for the Annual Handicap 10 mile.

The race is on 2 February 2020 and is open to all.

The event will be held on a new course with the start and finish near to the riding stables on the spine road. The turn round loop is in Hailey Park.

The entry fee is £5 and this will also give you a brunch back at Llandaff Rugby Club.
All members are also invited to the AGM (which starts at 12 noon) and the club championships presentations for 2019.

You can enter on this thread (only) - but I will be taking entries at the Running Club on Thursdays from 9 January.

I would prefer it if you could enter and pay before the event but if that is not possible please let me have your intention to run on this thread.

Start times are calculated to give a finishing time of 10am. I have start times for everyone who ran a road race in 2019. I will publish a start list of entries regularly.

Please note that the times are not negotiable unless you want to start later i.e. a faster time!

I will also be looking for a number of helpers on the day - please give me that information on this thread as well.

I doubt if I will see you before the day of the race and hopefully I will not cause too much inconvenience if I pay on the day.
