Gwent League LADIES TEAMS:
Gwent League Fixture 1 at Llandaff Fields: Saturday October 12th.

Saturday October 12th sees the first fixture of this seasons Gwent League XC. This will also incorporate the following; the 1stfixture in the Cross Challenge Series and the South Regional XC Champs which lead to potential selection for the Welsh Inter Regional Champs that take place on Saturday 16th November in Brecon.

Further details on how to enter the South Region Champs will be made available in the next few days.

The club will subsidise entry to the Gwent League ONLY but if you wish to enter the Cross Challenge as well you will have to enter yourself at the Cross Challenge website here:

https://cardiffcrosschallenge.co.uk/.

Make sure you choose the age category appropriate for you plus the “With Gwent League” option as well otherwise you will not score points for the club in the Gwent League.

If you are entering the Gwent League ONLY – Please indicate as such either below, on the Club forum or by letting Claire Jacobs know if you are available and intend to run.

If you are entering the Cross Challenge or Cross Challenge & Gwent Lge on-line, please only post when you have your race number and you will need to quote it, please also make it clear that you have entered both.

All runners will wear race numbers, so please bring your own pins.
