There is no session down for Tuesday - suggestion is an easy run and strides - this is due to the Summer Sizzler 5k & BBQ on Wednesday. Pre entries close at 10pm on Sunday, entries are available on the night between 5.45pm and 7.00pm at Llandaff Rugby Club. Change of plan - there will now be a session on Tuesday 6th August for those not doing the Sizzler 5k.
Session : 8-10 x 400m with 75-90 sec recovery
Meet at the parkrun cross roads for 6.30pm start.
