The warm weather continues.
Good luck if you're racing at Barry Island or Brecon tomorrow (or anywhere else).
Otherwise, a nice conversation pace run up the Taff Trail.
Just to re-iterate the previous post, no official speedwork on Tuesday in Bute Park, in readiness for the Summer Sizzler on Wednesday. Les croupiers answer to Paul Hollywood, Nick Dukes, himself in sizzling form just now, will be in charge of the BBQ.
