Hi Terry, I’m hoping to be fit for Porthcawl. I am going to try parkrun in the morning and see how it goes. If ok I’ll be able to give you a lift. Will give you an update tomorrow.

Thanks for the posts,I have a lift now but if possible I would like a lift back as Mike who I am having a lift with is staying longer after the race.I have a family meal to go to.

Terry, there are a couple of birthday celebrations post race tomorrow in Porthcawl so I think quite a few people will be hanging around for a while afterwards. I am sure there will be some people heading back promptly after the race though .
