Would anybody have a medium-sized castles relay shirt that they could swap with me , having just put mine on for the first-time since last Saturday , I found that I have a large size item which is to large . |

Gareth, I’ll swap, I ordered a large at first and change it to a mediumI, I should have stuck with my first choice as I like tops a little bit loose.

I've had a fair few emails from (mainly female) runners in other clubs asking if they can swap 'large' for 'small' WCR 2019 T-shirts
