Marcus has kindly taken over for this week - so no excuses! You are, of course, more than welcome to run with us even if you have no involvement with next week's Castles Relay.
It's called succession planning!
All Castles teams and reserves, I appreciate it is the Rack Raid this Sunday but would anyone be avaialble for a pre-Castles social run at the Sunday AM club run.
I intend to be there for 12 miles along with the usual suspects but but it would be great if the Open, Ladies and the Vets team members and reserves could appear and have a nice social run to set us up for Castles.
It would also allow us to give out Race Numbers for those who haven't yet got them and see how everyone is holding up?
