For those who do the Monday night sessions, please note that from this Monday (22nd April) we will be reverting to the speed sessions in Pontcanna Fields on a Monday night. Meet at Llandaff Rugby Club at 6:45pm, we will then run over to the start of the session.

Thanks Chad - glad to hear you're enjoying the sessions, and thanks to Dave for all your help - and for talking a lot more sense than I do! I do enjoy the Monday sessions, just hope that people are still enjoying them and finding them useful.

It's always a valuable and enjoyable evening, even if I have to cut things short.
Training with others is an important part of my training week and I am grateful for your time and effort.
