Tuesday session! (13.05.2019)
1200m, 800m, 400m, + 4 - 6 x200m
Hi All
Meet at the 2k mark at parkrun like last week. We can check out the markings before we begin. Be warmed up for a 6.30pm start.
**NOTE - Apparently the track is back in use. So the option will be to go back to the track, or stay in the park. Will have to start at 7pm though if track. I prob won’t make many season either way so leave it up to the majority. Happy to do a poll though**
