Quiet at 8:00 am at the top of the Garth this morning - altitude/atitude training. No queues.
Who needs Nepal, Snowdon, Penyfan when you've got the Garth?
Stunning views.
Spoke to the Pentyrch Hill Race co-ordinator, John Gough yesterday. He's rarin' to go on the 30th April.
