Tomorrow morning should be cold but bright. Improved attendance last Sunday and expect this to become ever more popular with specific marathon training in mind. I'm planning on going up to the Col de la coq noir tomorrow with Maria and Dave Coles and anyone else who wants to tag along (we regroup at the top to check everyone is OK)
Stop press: Tomorrow's Reverse 10 has just been called off, so that may mean more want to join us - you're all welcome!

I'm planning on making an appearance if anyone else is interested in slower pace than Mick / Maria / Dave - perhaps Castle and extras in park?
