Ok, there is a change to the route this year but it still follows the basis of the previous course.
The Start is by the Oval in Llandaff Fields (opposite the Half Way pub), you run down the main path towards Western Avenue, take the right turn at the cross roads - this will take you past the playground and into the car park. Go through the car park and on to Penhill, run up to the traffic lights and turn right - takes you past Churchills and Howells School. Take right turn at The Crescent, this then brings you out opposite the Rugby Club, continue along Western Avenue and turn on to the Spine Road (run past the Stables), this were the course changes, turn left along the cross path and run down to Blackweir bridge, turn right and run along the river path passing the back of the SWALEC stadium and Sports Wales centre, turn left over the Millennium bridge and into Bute Park. Stay left and pass the Nursery, at the parkrun cross roads turn left and then follow the parkrun route towards Western Avenue. New Turning point : the turn around point is the small triangle at the bottom of the steps that lead up to Western Avenue and before the tunnel. The return is just retracing your steps - so the second half is a complete reversal of the first half.
