Entries are now open for the Annual Handicap 10 mile.

The race is on 20 January 2019 and is open to all.

The entry fee is £5 and this will also give you a brunch back at Llandaff Rugby Club.
All members are also invited to the AGM (which starts at 12 noon) and the club championships presentations for 2018.

You can enter on this thread (only) - but I will be taking entries on 6, 13 and 20 December at the Running Club.

Start times are calculated to give a finishing time of 10am. I have start times for everyone who ran a road race in 2018. I will publish a start list of entries regularly.

Please note that the times are not negotiable unless you want to start later i.e. a faster time!

I would prefer it if you could enter and pay before the event but if that is not possible please let me have your intention to run on this thread.

I am also looking for a number of helpers on the day - please give me that information on this thread as well.

O go on them! But I won't be able to pay until after Christmas. I request that the men of the club get their loan cloth out and do a sun dance for us the day before!
