Tuesday’s (30/10/18) session : 12-16 x 400m (around current 5k pace), recovery 60-80 sec. (quicker groups between 60-70 secs, and not so quick groups between 70-80 sec).
Meet outside the Doctor's surgery on Sanatorium Road for a 6.30pm start. Please wear something visible, it is a quiet road but there may still be the odd car, well be running on the right going up and left coming back = running on the same side of the road in both directions.
