Could be a bit damp in the morning but the strong winds should have gone!
And hopefully no logs to jump over!
Thanks, Stumpy!

Evening all, what kind of routes/distances/pace do you do on a Sunday? I often run with my son in the buggy first thing on a Sunday so that my missus can have a well-earned lie in Laugh .

Most people run 12 miles at conversation pace( to Castell Coch and back). Some will do more when training for a marathon (though most of our marathon runners have just done one). Some people will run less distance.
The run is inclusive and negotiable for anyone wanting company on a long run.

Thanks Mick.

Up to CC may be a bit far with buggy, but I can see me doing a good chunk of that at conversational pace still. Many runners planning on going this week?

Gareth - there is usually a core of about 10 and more in marathon training periods (just finished for lots of us). See you there hopefully!
