Tuesday’s (2/10/18) session : 8-10 x 600m (around current 5k pace), recovery 75-90 sec. (quicker groups between 75-80 secs, and not so quick groups between 80-90 sec ~ aiming for around the equivalent to a 200m jog recovery on the track).
With the Cardiff Half on Sunday some may want to reduce the number of reps, that’s up to individuals.
Meet at the Llandaff Fields gates opposite the rugby club for a 6.30pm start. If you have a head torch or running light that may be useful from now on, the path does have some lighting but it isn’t the best, but it is better than the alternatives until the track is ready.
