Hi is anyone travelling to/from Forest of Dean Half Marathon this Sunday who could give me a lift please? Either both ways or just the return leg? Many thanks.

yes , happy to give you a lift.. are you ok if I plod a 5-7 mile warm down..(if I don't get a mid week LSR done tomorrow ?)
