Tuesday’s (25/9/18) session : 8 x 800m (around 5k pace), recovery 75-90 sec. (quicker groups between 75-80 secs, and not so quick groups between 80-90 sec ~ aiming for around the equivalent to a 200m jog recovery on the track). {{Session was due to be 6 x 1k, but 800m is the max we can achieve in Llandaff Fields}}
Meet at the Llandaff Fields gates opposite the rugby club for a 6.30pm start.
I won’t be there this week as I’m on the Heathrow run, plus I tweaked my hamstring on my long run.
