Thanks for posting. Hope Pembrey brought some medals, not least for turning up in this weather! Won't be able to make tomorrow but will be back next week for Chicago warm up. Have a good run!

What wind and rain? I wet out prepared for wind and rain but ended up removing layers. As for complainnig to Dereck Brockway, I did once but he wasn't bothered!
