A jogger was recently assultted while out trainning in the Croespenmaes area. Polce have advised runners to stay in well light areas, train in groups or with someone and to carry a modile. With the dark nights appprohing and with it the change of routes it's important to make sure everyone knows the route and has someone to run with.
