Thanks, Claire. I'm sure there will be people running from Café Castan.
I'm going to Lake Vyrnwy with Michelle Amblin, and Mike and Gill Murphy and Dave George are also running.
Phil, Maria and Aine are doing the Chippenham HM.
With marathon season around the corner, there's loads going on.
I'm sure you'll meet up with a few familiar faces.

I did Barry to Penarth Pier and back. Did stop at the start for a 20 min chat with Lisa Cleary.
