If you have had your password reset your browser may still be using the old one. Try re-entering the email address you registered with and password. If you can't remember them, try the "forgotton password" link (check spam if you don't get the email).

Your username is your email address, the one you used to first register for the site.

If you can't remember your password, it's best to try it no more than 4 times and then use the "forgotten password" link. If you try 5 times you get locked out and we have to reset it. I've reset it now, you should get an email with a new random password (check spam if you don't). Edited by user 16 September 2018 10:53:20(UTC)  | Reason: Not specified

Despite “Remember me”, it logs me out. No major problem, but just an extra step which is a bit of a pain.

You're correct, you will need to sign in more regularly. However you can use your browser to auto-fill your password.

On the forgotten password page? The only way you can get locked out is by entering the wrong password 5 times.
