Calling all Croups Ladies! - The Welsh Road Relay Championships are fast approaching & will be held at Pembrey Country Park near Llanelli on Saturday 22nd September 2018. The course will use the recently opened National Closed Road Cycle Circuit, set within the park and additional paths around the Country Park. The provisional timetable with approximate distances is as follows: 13:50 - SM, SW (4 X 5400m) 13:50 - M35, M45, M55+ (3 x 5400m) 13:50 -F35, F45, F55+ (3 x 5400m)  Please could you inform me if you are able to run, it would be great to have ladies teams.
