Mike,
I suspect these results will remain provisional for some time. There were problems yesterday with people collecting their numbers on the day. Eventually numbers were just handed out at random with no way of knowing who should be allocated to what number. People affected have been told to contact the organisers to match their result to them, i.e. link the person to the number they ran with.
With this in mind we're going to hold off from adding the 10k results to our website until we've at least given a chance for the results to be as complete as possible.

Yep, Paul.
I also suspect that it will be sometime before all runners (if that is possible) get recognition for their efforts. I must admit that I have not seen, in my short experience of the Cardiff 10k, such a lengthy queue of people waiting to pick up their numbers.
I was also concerned that I would have great difficulty retrieving my bag from the baggage area after the race but was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I claimed it.

Entries already open for next year's Cardiff 10k...

Don't enter for 2019 yet, this is one that needs to be discussed by the championships sub committee, perhaps Cardiff 10K won't go on the list next year.
